Overseeing the correct implementation of projects in terms of profitability of the product or services, verifying the eligibility of costs in accordance with the schedule, monitoring the implementation of project sustainability and project risks – these are the main responsibilities of Economic Controlling. This department verifies the budget of projects (calculation and costing) in amount and in terms of categories of costs imposed and revenues achieved. Specialists in this department are characterized by high accuracy, insight, economic knowledge and communication skills. The Economic Controlling Department works closely with the Sales Department and the Accounting Department.
