The packaging of finished products requires choosing the best solution, and it depends on the nature of the product, its purpose, and the production process. After the final quality inspection and before delivery to the customer, the crucial packaging process takes place according to the customer’s requirements or generally accepted standards, such as ISPM-15 system requirements.

Transport in yokes

Transport in yokes is most commonly used for pipelines. It is a safe and cost-effective solution for products that do not need to be enclosed in a box.
Transport on pallets

It has a wide application in transporting elements that fit within pallet dimensions. The advantage of this type of transport is its low cost, but the drawback is a higher risk of damage to the element during transportation (lack of permanent protection from all sides). The weight and shape of the element define the construction of the special pallets we use.
Transport in crates - truck and marine

In the case of sea transport, we additionally use vacuum bags to protect the elements from aggressive humidity and salt conditions. Crates provide robust protection against damage to the element during transport. For this type of transport, it is essential during packaging to properly label the crate from the outside – correct labeling defines how to handle the crate appropriately during its movement.

Due to the specifics, packing for air transport is very demanding, and goods sent by air must be properly secured. When packing elements in crates for air transport, it is important to adhere to many factors such as: the weight and dimensions of the cargo, possible methods of storage and transshipment of the goods, guidelines of selected airlines.
