Primarily used for hot forging of rods into shaped forgings to reduce material consumption costs for stepped components. Also employed for bending flat bars into rings or plates into sleeves, either cold or hot. With the use of special dies and punches, we can also manufacture bent blades for low-pressure steam turbine diaphragms.
Mainly used for small details such as spacers, washers, wedges, backing springs, clamps, etc.
Used for all types of sealing strips produced from tapes. The station provides great flexibility in switching production to a different type of sealing plate profile, as well as to different thicknesses or widths of the strip. The entire tooling is developed and produced by our team, enabling the quick implementation of new sealing plate profiles into production.
