In ensuring high-quality paint coatings, we place significant emphasis on the control of the painting process. Inspection is conducted at various stages, including surface preparation, during painting, and upon completion of the finished product. Work is performed under controlled conditions, verified using the DewCheck 4 MK II climate conditions meter. We check the thickness of each layer with the PosiTector 6000 Advanced meter, and an experienced FROSIO level 3 inspector oversees the entire process.
Upon the client’s request, we also carry out painting under the supervision of external inspectors, providing all necessary certificates and reports from the process.
Our portfolio of corrosion protection services also includes certification from external laboratories and, at the client’s request, additional tests such as:
- Evaluation of paint adhesion using the pull-off method according to PN-EN ISO 4624,
- Cross-cut test using the cross-cut method according to EN ISO 2409,
- Examination of coating tightness using the low-voltage method according to PN-EN ISO 29601,
- Gloss testing according to PN-EN ISO 2813,
- Salt spray test in an external laboratory chamber according to ISO 922.
